This weekend we were blessed to have Craig Gross, the founder of XXX Church with us as a special guest speaker. Craig’s work has been highlighted in Time Magazine, The Today Show, CNN, and Saturday Night Live—just to name a few. Craig is a published author and has an incredible gift of making Christianity relevant to the world around us. Craig shared a message from Luke 10:25-37 (and Luke 6:32-36) about God’s love that is extended to everyone.

We were so blessed by Craig’s message Sunday. My husband has struggled with porn addiction for years but has found, through the example set at Central, a support group in Portland (where we live most of the year). We were so moved by the notion of a monthly prayer calendar (it’s in our bathroom now!) and Craig’s descriptions of good neighbor-liness. Thanks for having – and sharing – the relationships that make Central such a powerful ally.
